ARTICLE X - Fiscal Year, Audit of Financial Books, Record of By-Laws

SECTION 1. Fiscal Year

The fiscal year of the Association shall begin on the first day of July and end on the last day of June of the next calendar year.

SECTION 2. Audit of Financial Books

The Financial records of the Association shall be subject to annual audit by an independent Auditor designated by the Board of Directors.

SECTION 3. Inspection of By-Laws

These By-Laws, with all amendments thereto, shall at all times be kept in a convenient place at the headquarters of the Association and shall be open for inspection to all members of the Association during business hours.
