ARTICLE XI - Amendments

Amendments to these By-Laws may be initiated by the Board of Directors, or on petition of at least fifteen (15) percent of the members who are eligible to vote.

Any amendments shall be adopted only upon an affirmative vote of a majority of all the members of the Board of Directors and a majority of the members of the Association in a regular or special meeting duly called for the purpose. No amendment shall be voted upon unless the membership has been given thirty (30) days notice of the proposed amendment.
